Your Responsibilities
The Project Manager International is responsible for managing the International Mediation Campus (IMC) training programmes and international mediation projects. This role includes full responsibility for the project management of all international training, course coordination with trainers and participants worldwide, and management of high-impact mediation projects for a range of clients with diverse needs.
Key responsibilities include
International Training Management:
- Plan and organise international training modules, ensuring smooth delivery across global time zones.
- Schedule and coordinate international trainers for specific modules.
- Organise logistics, including online platforms, materials, and digital resources.
- Manage registrations and respond to inquiries from international participants.
- Ensure accurate representation of training programs on the IMC website.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote international training programs.
- Issue certificates for participants and maintain certification records.
Mediation and Engagement Project Management:
- Oversee international mediation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
- Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and deliverables with clients and co-mediators.
- Support project teams with logistical organisation, including online mediation platforms.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to identify project needs and propose tailored solutions.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead and manage the international course and mediation project support team.
- Delegate tasks such as creating calendar invites, preparing training materials, and issuing certificates.
- Train and brief team members on international standards and practices in mediation training and project execution.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with international trainers, alumni, and institutional partners.
- Conduct information calls with prospective participants and partners.
- Identify and develop opportunities for collaboration or expansion in international markets
Authorisation
- The Project Manager will manage incoming inquries and has the authority to assign tasks and responsibilities to the support team. Decisions related to training schedules, trainer assignments, and project timelines will be made in consultation with the Managing Director.
