Area of responsibility

As Course Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising and further developing our mediation training programmes. You will serve as the central point of contact for prospective participants, current participants and trainers while working with the team to coordinate all organisational processes related to the programmes.

Your responsibilities at a glance

• Organising ongoing and new course cohorts

• Planning venues, catering and training materials

• Managing registrations and participant data

• Supporting prospective participants throughout the registration process

• Serving as the point of contact for participants during the training programme

• Managing the Absorb learning platform

• Preparing and supporting the launch of online seminars

• Maintaining and further developing training materials

• Ensuring website content remains up to date, including dates and course offerings

• Creating and issuing certificates of participation

• Evaluating training programmes and developing recommendations for improvement

You will work as part of a dedicated, collaborative team and share course management responsibilities. Ongoing communication and mutual support are an integral part of how we work.
