Your tasks
We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Generalist (m/f/d) to join our team. In this position, you will support our Head of Marketing in the execution of marketing strategies for our national and international business units.
You will be primarily responsible for LinkedIn B2B prospecting, content generation, copywriting and content analysis in a German and international environment. In terms of content, you will deal with topics in ADR, conflict management and mediation.
You will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of marketing activities and become part of a dynamic and collegial team.
Your profile
- You live in Cape Town or the surrounding area
- You have the right to work in South Africa
- You have 3-5 years of professional experience as a Digital Marketer (m/f/d), B2B and B2C if possible
- You speak and write German at native speaker level
- You have a very good command of English (even better if you are bilingual)
- You have demonstrable experience in content marketing and copywriting, chat GPT prompting is a plus
- You are familiar with the basics of SEO, especially onsite SEO (you know what keyword research is, metas are no foreign words to you, and ranking is not a foreign concept to you either)
- You have experience with editing the content of WordPress pages
- You arean advanceduser of HubSpot
- You have experience in content, engagement and outreach on Instagram and Facebook
- A plus: You are familiar with LinkedIn Outreach, Sales Navigator and B2B community building
