• Data protection and compliance: Ensuring compliance with data protection laws (e.g. GDPR) and implementing best practices to protect sensitive information.
• Microsoft Exchange management: Monitoring and optimization of e-mail solutions, especially Microsoft Exchange, to support business requirements.
• Payment integrations: Setting up and securely linking payment methods on platforms such as HubSpot and WordPress to ensure smooth transactions.
• CMS management: responsibility for CMS platforms, especially WordPress, with a focus on performance, customization and scalability.
• HubSpot expertise: Management and optimization of HubSpot CRM integrations, workflows and marketing tools to increase efficiency.
• Marketing tracking and analytics: Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag and other tracking tools for precise marketing and campaign analysis.
